You can return or exchange all our products free of charge, subject to the following conditions:
- Request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery of your order.
- Entrust the items to the carrier within 14 days of validating your request.
- Make the return from the same country as the delivery.
- Sneakers must be returned in their original condition , unworn and unwashed.
- They must be accompanied by all the items included in the original box (extra laces, protective cover, certificate of authenticity, etc.).
Exchange conditions
Only one exchange is possible , and only for a different size.
As our sneakers are produced in limited editions , we cannot guarantee the availability of all sizes in the same edition.
Before ordering, we recommend that you carefully check your size by consulting our size guide to ensure you have your pair in the collection you want.
How to proceed?
- Contact our customer service by completing the form below within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
- Once your request is validated, we will send you a prepaid return label.
- Carefully pack your parcel and stick the label on the package.
- Drop it off at a relay point or post office according to the instructions provided.
Upon receipt and verification of the product, we will proceed with the exchange (if the desired size is available) or refund according to your choice.
