Do you deliver abroad?
Yes, we ship to the European Community, the United States and Canada. Shipping charges apply and are added at checkout. If destination country is not listed, please feel free to contact us for special delivery.
What is the delivery time for my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in France take 5 to 7 business days. Overseas deliveries may take 7-16 days. Delivery details will be communicated to you in your confirmation email.
Some special collections can be purchased by pre-order online. Pre-ordered products will be reserved and shipped as soon as they become available. The delivery date will be specified in your delivery confirmation email.
What is your exchange and return policy?
